Babylon Rescue
Rescuing the people of the Lord from Babylon.
Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul. Jer. 51:6
In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain? For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
About Babylon Rescue
Hi, I'm Robert Begnaud!
So good to have you here.
About 30 years ago I started seeking the Lord God of heaven with these questions. Why are there 20 thousand different sects of Christendom? Why is there such confusion and disunity among professing Christians? What is this force I see, where such pressure is placed upon everyone to conform and obey a Clergy - Laity system of control - where do the scriptures support such a system? Jesus said "the Scribes and Pharisees sat in the seat of Moses" - what seat does the current day Pastor, Priest or Bishop sit in? These are just a few of the questions I was extremely troubled by - so I set out on a holy quest to plead with the Lord for understanding and answers to these questions.
This is my Plea to you, to join us and support us - and fellowship with us - and Christ.
Nothing is new under the sun, for 400 years there was no Word from God - he was silent - then Jesus came to his house - they missed the time of their visitation - the religious establishment crucified the Lord God of glory! The Lord is coming back to a blind religious establishment - as a snare - as a thief in the night - to break up their houses. The scriptures say "Watch and pray that you might be counted worthy to escape and stand before the Son of Man." Not all of the religious leaders in the day of Jesus were destroyed by his coming, some of them, few there be, that received the Lord. I also have great hope for the religious leaders of our day - that they won't all be lost - that they won't all crucify the Lord afresh and put him to open shame.
